Your order
- Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm that your order has been accepted.
- If we cannot accept your order, for example because a rug is out of stock or there was an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
- Prices include VAT at the current rate and free delivery to the areas listed on our delivery page.
Delivery
We aim to deliver Asiatic rugs within 2-5 working days and Livabliss rugs within 1-2 working days of your order, as explained on our delivery page. If a delivery is delayed by events outside our control, we will let you know and keep any delay as short as possible.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as set out on our returns page. This does not apply to rugs made to your own measurements unless they are faulty.
If something is wrong
Your rug must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
