Every rug ships free by tracked courier: Asiatic rugs arrive in 2-5 working days and Livabliss rugs in 1-2 working days.
Free tracked delivery: Asiatic rugs are delivered in 2-5 working days and Livabliss rugs in 1-2 working days (working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge at checkout.
How it works
- Rugs are rolled, wrapped and sent by tracked courier.
- Once your rug has been dispatched we email you the tracking details, so you can follow it to your door.
- Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day, and the delivery time counts from then.
- The courier needs a signature. If nobody is in, they will leave a card and arrange a second attempt.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in England, Wales and mainland Scotland. Please get in touch before ordering for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands, and we will confirm what we can do.
When your rug arrives
Unroll it on a clean floor and leave it flat for a day or two so any creases from the roll can relax. Reverse-rolling a stubborn corner for a few minutes helps. Please check your rug within 48 hours. If anything is wrong, tell us and include a photo, and we will put it right.
